What to expect
The Initial Consultation
Prior to our meeting, it is asked that you complete the health profile and consent form found on this website. Please ensure it is completed and submitted (via email or postal service) so it is received 3-5 business days before our appointment. The health profile will enable us to evaluate relevant information, and review any medical conditions or medications that may interact with herbal protocols or recommended procedures. It also allows us to address whole body wellness because the body is very intricately connected. ​

Notes for the Initial Visit
At our initial consultation, we will discuss your health profile and any additional questions or concerns you may have. Afterward, an individual protocol will be discussed with you. The individual protocol may include the use of nutritional supplements, herbal interventions, wellness strategies, and possibly dietary and/or lifestyle changes. The finished herbal protocol may be available immediately, but can take up to 1-2 business days following the consultation depending on the complexity of our visit. Eve in Eden Herbs and Wellness may have the suggested herbs or supplements available for purchase, or they may be acquired online or from other sources. You are not required to make a purchase of any product.

Telephone or video conference consultations are available, however, in-person visits (particularly initial consultations) are preferable. House call appointments are also available, but a travel fee may be assessed.
